1. Subscription-Based Services

Kimbela may offer subscription-based services including marketplace access, promotions, and advertising options.

This policy should be read with the Terms of Service and Marketplace & Seller Terms.

2. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). Billing begins on activation and renews unless cancelled before renewal.

3. Payments

Payments must be made through approved methods. Failed payments may result in suspended access to paid features.

4. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. Exceptions may be reviewed for billing errors or platform-related technical issues.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle.

6. Marketplace Transactions

Transactions between buyers and sellers are conducted directly between those parties. Kimbela does not issue refunds for marketplace transactions unless otherwise stated.

7. Seller Refund Policies

Marketplace sellers define their own refund, return, or cancellation policies. Buyers must contact sellers directly.

8. Disputes and Billing Issues

If you believe you were incorrectly charged, contact support with details of the transaction.

9. Changes to This Policy

Updates will be posted with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
